Ich weiss das dann die Saison für ein schönes,glänzendes Replica wohl dann erstmal für dieses Jahr vorbei ist, aber :

1.) Ich möchte gerne VOR ORT sein und mir das Replica höchstpersönlich aussuchen und

2.) Habe vorher einfach beruflich keine Zeit für 3 Wochen USA-Aufenthalt. Ab und zu muss ich ja auch nochmal arbeiten!

Fazit: VOR August - keine Zeit für die USA!

@ MIKE : 1x im Jahr darf manN sich doch nen Urlaub leisten,oder....?!?!... ...und 1te Klasse flieg ich bestimmt nicht. Darüberhinaus fliege ich ja auch nicht nach L.A.(Californien), sondern nach NYC und FLA. Die kann man mit einem Direktflug von Düsseldorf ganz bequem erreichen. Ist ja nicht mein 1ter Urlaub dort.

Ich habe zwar noch keine Angebote vorliegen, denke aber mal das du Recht hast. Darüber habe ich mir noch keinen Kopf gemacht. Vielleicht haben die Firmen ja jeweils das eine oder andere "MUSTERAUTO" zur Ansicht da....und wenn der Zusammenbau dann 4-6 Wochen braucht, dann soll es mir auch Recht sein.(schliesslich habe ich ja schon ein paar Jährchen gewartet,gell!?!?) Mir geht es nur um ein RICHTIG VERNÜNFTIGES Replica, mit allem Drum und Dran. THATS ALL ! :))

Knight Replica Base Model
$23,899

This model will be a 1982-1992 F-body of any type, fully restored and converted. The exterior will feature the KOE front nose in most cases, and 55wt high-powered scanner with All-On effect. The wheels will be 14" in most cases, and if Turbocast wheels are unavailable, turbofin wheels will be substituted and replica caps will be made to fit accordingly. Interior consoles will have a few functional (non-lighting) buttons, but will consist of mostly nonfunctional dummy switches. The dash will still feature the standard 5" LCD color screens with remotes and a/v inputs, or the 9" dash will feature a 9" tube television and lower console with support. The seats will be PMD bucket seats, recovered in Cameltan, along with new carpet, headliner, sailpanels, door panels, and plastic interior panels. The dash electronics in most cases are completely functional, and the voice box is tied into the radio to work as an equalizer. Options on the vehicle such as CD player, cruise and a/c are not guaranteed. Seatbelts are standard if requested.

Show and Circuit Model
$30,000

This Model is meant for show and display only. All interior consoles are upgraded to functional/lighted state, and dvd player/VCR is added for use with the monitors. All electronics function and can be ran off of AC power. Other additional options, such as passerby interaction, remote windows/scanner/starter, and voice activate response are also included. The vehicle is in most cases not in operable or running condition, and is not suitable for street use. In some cases, delivery is included, as well as one round-trip flight from anywhere in the continental United States during the conversion to view the progress.

Daily Driver Model
$27,000

For someone who intends on driving their conversion everyday, we at
BK Automotive say "DON'T!!!" We do not endorse or promote the use of the Knight Replica vehicles for use on the highway. That being said, a customer wishing to purchase this model must meet certain criteria and requirements and sign a waiver releasing
BK Automotive from any liability. The Daily Driver model is a complete base model conversion, with engine and drivetrain upgrade option 2. The engine is totally rebuilt, and guaranteed to have less than 10k miles. The transmission is rebuilt, and will carry a full 1 year or 30k mile warranty. The entire drivetrain, brakelines, gas lines, and frame is inspected to insure safe use. In some cases, delivery is included, as well as one round-trip flight from anywhere in the continental United States during the conversion to view the progress.

The following is a few of the major options packages and estimated price increase to whichever model the option is applied:

Engine and Drivetrain Option 1
$1,000

The vehicle is inspected in the state of Texas and undergoes a 160 point inspection and is certified to be roadworthy. (No mileage is guaranteed)

Engine and Drivetrain Option 2
$5,000+

The vehicle undergoes the same double emissions and mechanical inspections as in option 1, but the entire engine and transmission are rebuilt (or guaranteed under 10k miles) and warranted were possible.

Functionality Option
$2,500

This option is applied to the base model or daily driver model where the consoles come stock without function or lights. Switchpod unit, overhead console, and lower console will be outfitted with light-up and functional buttons.

Tone-sound Option
$1,000

Tone sounds are added to the functional/lighted switches in the overhead and lower consoles. Can only be added in addition to the Functionality Option listed above (unless already applied)

Originality Option 1
$3,000

This option can be applied to any model, and includes upgrading of the steering wheel to that of one molded from an original used for filming. The front nose is also upgraded to that of one molded from one of the original rubber noses used during filming. A COA is included with this option.

Originality Option 2
$5,000

this option includes everything listed in the above Originality Option 1 but also insures that that vehicle used for conversion is an original 1982 1/2 Trans-Am Recaro edition with 305 crossfire injection.

Convertible Option
$20,000

This option can be added to any model, and consists of turning your vehicle into the rare Knight convertible, complete with C-button.

There are many more variables and options, and each work order is filled to the customers exact instruction, regardless of option parameters, though it may affect the final price.>>

Every car built here is built specifically to order, so each car is different as per the customers instructions. I suggest starting with a Base Model which retails for $23,899. If we will need to supply the car, then add $3000US for the cost of finding and shipping the car. The cost of final delivery to your location is not included. Usually, you can have a car shipped overseas for around 2000US.

The Base Model will give you a full replica, inside and out. Correct shifter, t-tops, interior and exterior, with the most complete line of parts molded from original screen-used parts on the market. Then, you can add items as you wish. Would you prefer more functionality? more light and buttons? or would you like something alittle more interesting? Some of the items we have done in the past include: Smoke screen, oil slick, DVD players, additional LCD screens, night vision cameras, engine upgrades, nitrous turbo boost, airbag suspension and many others.

We supply electronics sets, but not complete cars. I would suggest you to check with BK Automotive or Stephen Laskowski, who both offer installation services and turnkey cars. Both will get their electronics from Jupiter.
